Section 45(6) in U.P. Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983
(6)If there is any dispute or disagreement regarding suitability or adequacy of provision of any amenities referred to in sub-rules (1) to (4), the same shall be decided by the Chief Inspector of Migrant Workmen, whose decision shall be final.
