Section 32(a) in Patna Municipal Corporation (Grant of Permission for Display of Advertisements & Similar Devices) Regulations, 2012
(a)The permit holder shall ensure that the structure and the advertisement boards are aesthetically designed, are framed and properly maintained at all times. Further, the hoarding structure and back side of hoarding shall be painted with dark green enamel paint.
