Section 10(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Prevention Of Begging Act, 1977
(1)Any authorised officer effecting under sub-section (1) of Section 4 the arrest of a person who is found begging may seize any animal, the sore, wound, injury, deformity or disease of which was exposed or exhibited by such person with the object of obtaining or extorting alms.
