1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State/respondents.
2. The petitioner/Financial Institution has approached this Court for expeditious disposal of Case No. 0264 of 2022 (IIFL HFL Vs. Kunwar Singh Yadav and ors) under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 pending since 30.12.2021 before respondent no. 2. It is further stated that despite service of notice to the parties concerned, proceedings have not been culminated till date.
3. In view thereof, the competent authorities i.e. respondent no. 2/District Magistrate Lucknow is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is furnished before him. It is made clear that the both the parties shall be heard before passing any order.
4. With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition stands disposed of.
