Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders and Cable Television Network (Regulation) Rules, 1984
(1)Every person who intends to apply for permission under section 7, shall make an application to the licensing authority in Form A for no objection certificate. The application in Form A shall be accompanied by a plan of the proposed site drawn to scale and shall clearly indicate the surrounding roads and the buildings which exist up to a distance of 200 metres of the proposed site, schools, hospitals, temples, mosques, churches or other places of public worship being clearly indicated.
