Section 18(5) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(5)[The (President)] [Words 'The Chairman' first substituted for the words 'The Director' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then again the word 'President' substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall be the [President] [Word substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] of the Academic Advisory Committee, and [the Secretary of the Council] [Words substituted for the words 'the Head of the Academic Department' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall be the Secretary of the Academic Advisory Committee.
