Section 180A(c) in Selected Statutes (Statutes framed under the Bombay University Act, 1914)
(c)That the benefit attendant and incidental to such transfer shall not be restricted to any race, creed, religion, caste, community or region provided that in the case of Scheduled Tribes or Scheduled Castes this condition will not apply;
