Section 3(g) in The Oil Industry Development Board Staff Provident Fund Rules, 2013
(g)"Emoluments" means pay, leave salary or a subsistence grant, if any, in the manner determined by the Board from time to time and includes grade pay and dearness pay appropriate to pay, leave salary or subsistence grant, if admissible;
