Section 6(1) in The Goa Children's Homes Rules, 2004
(1)The Director on the receipt of the application for registration of any society, association or body for continuance or establishment of a Children's Home under rule 5, shall cause it to be scrutinized in his office, and if it is found correct in all respect, direct the Inspection Team to inspect the said Children's Home.
