Section 5(5) in M.P. Recognition of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Rules, 2017
(5)Library - (a) The school library should have at least two books per student, other than text books, which are useful in extending the knowledge of children.(b)The school library shall not contain any book or other forms of literature that espouse or propagate communal disharmony or casteism or discrimination based on religion, region or language etc. The school library shall not have any book banned by Government of India or Government of Madhya Pradesh.
