Section 17 in Srinagar and Jammu Cluster Universities Act, 2016
17. Other Officers.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, the procedure for appointment and the powers of the officers of the Cluster University other than the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Financial Advisor, the Educational Advisor, the Registrar and the Controller of Examinations shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
