Section 72(1)(a) in Arunachal Pradesh (Horticultural Produce, Marketing and Processing) Board Act, 2014

(a)Where the offence consists of the failure to pay or the evasion of any fee, or other amount recoverable under this Act or the rules or the bye-laws made thereunder in addition to the fee or other amounts so recoverable, a sum of money not less than the amount of the fee or other amount and not more than five times the amount of fee or other amount; and
