Section 346 in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961

346. Power to remove difficulties.

- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient tor the purpose of removing the difficulty.
