Section 5(3)(k) in The First Statutes of Indian Institute of Technology Goa, 2017

(k)The minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Senate shall be prepared by the Registrar, and circulated to all the members of the Senate. The minutes along with amendments, if any suggested, shall be placed for confirmation at the next meeting of the Senate. After the minutes are confirmed, the minutes shall be signed by the Chairman.
