Section 5(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Administration of Evacuee Property Rules, 1965
(1)All properties declared by a Custodian as Evacuee Properties shall, in addition to being notified in the Official Gazette, also be notified in the manner indicated in sub-rule (2) on the Notice Board kept in the office of the Custodian.
