Section 2(1) in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Tariff) Regulations, 1999
(1)Each year, at the time required by its licence, each licensee shall file with the Commission a report for each of its Separate Businesses on its expected aggregate revenue from charges under its currently approved tariff and its expected cost of service.
