Section 38(6) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(6)The Ombudsman shall be a part-time officer appointed for a period of three years or until he attains the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier, from the date he resumes the office. He may be reappointed for another term in the same University.
