Section 21(1) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(1)The delayed payment of fee of the cess, as the case may be including the penalty, if any, under Sections 5 and 6 of the Act, shall invite an interest of two percent per month from the due date of payment.
