Section 16(4) in The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005
(4)Subject to the superintendence of the Vice-chancellor, the Controller of Examinations shall have administrative control of Examinations and shall also have administrative control over the employees working under him and have, in this regard, all the powers of the Registrar.
