4. Changes in advertisement .-(1) Any change in an advertisement would be considered a new advertisement.
(2)All the provisions of regulation 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to an advertisement referred to in sub-regulation (i).(3)The Authority shall be informed at the time of filling the advertisement the extent of change in the original advertisement.
