% 05.09.2023 Matter is fixed for service of respondent. SI Kunal Kishor PS Kotwali is present before the Court and submitted that 'on receipt of the notice to respondent, on 03.08.2023, SI Amar Jeet Singh was sent to the address of respondent i.e. Gwar Toli, Khalasi Line, Feerozpur Chavni, Punjab for service of above notice to respondent. The above mentioned address of respondent was visited but it is found that his address is incomplete. The statement of Rohit Gil Dabu Singh S/o Sh. Joginder Singh who is the member of the Cantonment Board, Feozpur Cantt. Punjab was recorded wherein he stated that the address of respondent Mr. Gulshan @ Dheela @ Vijay is incomplete'.
SI Kunal Kishor, PS Kotwali seeks some more time to inspect the case so as to give the more details of respondent and for executing the notice upon the respondent. Let the needful be done before the next date of hearing.
