Section 77(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(1)If at any time it appears to the Chairman, Tehsil Committee that any Wakaf land or building let out to any tenant is required for the purpose of the Wakaf itself or for the development of the said land or building may, by an order in writing require the tenant to vacate such land or building within fifteen days of the date of receipt of such order.
