Section 7 in The Maharashtra Advertisements Tax Act, 1967
7. Punishment for non-compliance with other provisions.
- Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rules thereunder for which no other provision has been provided for in this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
