Section 15 in Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Khanpur Kalan Act, 2006
15. Authorities.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)the Court;(ii)the Executive Council;(iii)the Academic Council;(iv)the Finance Committee;(v)the Faculties;(vi)the Academic Planning Board: and(vii)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University:Provided that all members of the above authorities shall be women except in cases of ex-officio members.
