Section 91A(1) in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, or in any other law, the State Government may transfer any officer or servant of a corporation to a corresponding post in any other corporation or in any local authority constituted or deemed to have been constituted under any law made by the State Legislature or in the Government.
