Section 288(3) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965
(3)Every such licence shall expire at the end of the year in which it is granted, unless for special reasons the Municipal Health Officer considers that it should expire at an earlier date, when it shall expire at such earlier date as may be specified therein
