Section 13(1) in Sikkim Forests, Water Courses and Road Reserve (Preservation and Protection) Act, 1988
(1)The Forest Settlement Officer, when passing any order under section 12, shall record, so far as may be practicable(a)the name, father's name, caste, residence and occupation of the person claiming the right; and(b)the classification, position and area of all field or groups of fields, if any, and the classification and position of all buildings. if any, in respect of which the exercise of such right is claimed.
