Section 324(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Where an application for the taking of proceedings in contempt of Court is presented before a Judge other than the Chief Justice he shall direct that it be laid before the Chief Justice for orders. And the Registrar shall, on receipt of a report against any person of contempt of Court, lay the papers before the Chief Justice for orders.
