Section 10(10) in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees, Period for Giving Supply and Determination of Compensation) Regulations, 2014
10.2The Distribution Licensee shall maintain data on the reliability indices specified in Regulation 10.1 above for each zone/circle/division/sub-division on a monthly basis.
