After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, it appears that amongst others there is a dispute regarding the ceiling of the amount payable as gratuity by the West Bengal Financial Corporation (in short, WBFC) to its employee, being the petitioner.
The matter is adjourned till 31st August, 2021 to enable the petitioner and the respondents through their advocates to compute the admitted amount on account of gratuity payable to the petitioner as per the ceiling limit to be in existence according to WBFC so that on the next 2 date, if possible a direction can be given for release of the admitted amount of gratuity to the petitioner without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
