415.
The Civil Courts shall not receive postage stamps in payment of the travelling and other expenses of witnesses. A party applying for a summons on a witness shall deposit for the latter's expenses a sum in cash sufficient to cover (when necessary) the transmission of the amount to another Court by money order.
