175. Reshoring.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that -(a)reshoring used in concreting work is provided to a slab or beam for its safe support after its stripping or where such slab or beam is subjected to superimposed loads due to construction above such slab or beam;(b)the provisions applicable to shoring in a concreting work under this chapter shall also be applicable to reshoring in such work;Excavation and Tunneling Works[Section 40-2(q)]
