Section 5 in The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (General Provident Fund) Rules, 1995

5. Investments.-

All monies belonging to the Fund shall be invested in the manner specified in the Employees' State Insurance (Central) Rules, 1950, for investment of monies belonging to the Employees' State Insurance Fund.
