Section 10 in The Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers) Act, 1958
(10)the words and expressions used, but not defined in this Act, shall have the meaning assigned to them in [the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988)] [Substituted for 'the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (IV of 1939)' by Gujarat 11 of 2003, dated 31' March 2003], and the rules made thereunder.
