(1)Whenever the authority which granted any licence under this Act considers that such licence should be withdrawn for any cause other than those specified in section 29, it may withdraw the licence on the expiration of not less than thirty days' notice in writing of its intention to do so.(2)When a licence is withdrawn under sub-section (1), a part of the licence fee proportionate to the unexpired portion of the term of the licence and the deposit made by the licensee in respect thereof shall be refunded to him after deducting the amount due from him to the State Government.
