Section 344(3) in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(3)The amount of compensation awarded and all other charges incurred in the acquisition of any such property shall, subject to the other provisions of this Act, be forthwith paid by the Transport Manager and thereupon the said property shall vest in the Corporation for he purposes of the Transport Undertaking.
