Section 7(1)(b) in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011

(b)to establish campuses, constituent colleges of Technical, Management, Medical, General Science and education for offering diploma, graduate and post-graduate degree which would be as nominated by the University Grants Commission but the University shall have the right to start other diploma and certificate course in furtherance of its objectives;
