(7)The chairperson and other members of the Board shall be entitled to such medical treatment and hospital facilities as are provided under the Central Government Health Scheme to a retired Central Government servant and at places where such Scheme in not in operation, the chairperson and other members of the Board shall be entitled to such medical facilities as are provided in the Central Service (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944.
