Learned counsel submits that necessary direction may be given to re-constitute the file of SBCWP No.7710/2009 [Daljeet Singh Vs. Union of India].
Registry is directed to deal with the application and report to this Court about missing file. In case, the file is not found before the next date of hearing the file may be re-constituted.
