Section 44(1) in Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), it shall not be necessary for any Director, Secretary or other officer of a [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted for the words 'Land Development Bank' vide Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f.16-11-87.] to appear in person or by agent at any registration office in any proceeding connected with the registration of any instrument executed by him in his official capacity or to sign as provided in section 58 of that Act.
