Section 30(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995

(a)Under section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), no person shall be eligible to be elected as a member of more than one Village Panchayat.
