Section 9(1)(e) in Mizoram (Finance and Accounts Service) Rules, 1991

(e)Physical fitness. - (i) A candidate shall be of sound health, both mental and physical and shall be free from organic disease, bodily infirmity likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duty.
(ii)A candidate shall be required to undergo a medical examination under a medical Board approved by the Commission/Board before final approval for appointment to the service.
