Date: 19-06-2018 Heard Mr. Kaushal Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.
In 2002 writ application, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Mr. Jha submitted that the writ application involves the issue of selection process, which commence in 1986. Final selection was completed in 1999. We are in 2018.
In view of the fact that more than 19 years have elapsed by now, as the selection process was completed in 1999, the Patna High Court CWJC No.8121 of 2002 dt.19-06-2018 2/2 Court does not find any merit in the writ application, at this stage to interfere in the selection process, which completed way back in the year 1999.
Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed.
