Section 1 in The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 2013
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 2013.(2)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
