Section 71B in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
71B. Exemption from Indian Limitation Act, 1963.
- Notwithstanding any provision in the Indian Limitation Act, 1963 the period of limitation for the institution of a suit to recover any sum, including interest thereon due to a co-operative society by a member thereof, shall be computed from the date on which such member dies or ceases to be a member of the society.
