90. Powers of Land Development Banks to advance loans and to hold lands.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, it shall be competent for the Land Development Banks to advance loans for the purposes referred to in section 84 and to hold lands the possession of which is transferred to them under the provisions of this Chapter.
