When this petition was admitted on March 13, 1992 by the Division Bench of this Court, a statement was made before the Court to rely on the admission of CWP No.15677-A of 1990 and this case was ordered to be heard with the said writ petition. The decision has been rendered in CWP No.15677-A of 1990 vide judgment dated 10.12.2010 passed by the learned Single Judge, copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure A-1.
In view of the admission order and the fact that both the petitions were connected, they need to meet the same fate. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of in terms of CWP No.15677-A of 1990.
