4. [ Composition [Substituted by Rajasthan 18 of 1970.]
- The Board shall consist of the following-(a)A Chairman, who shall be a non-official to be nominated by the State Government, and(b)Twelve other members to be appointed by the State Government of whom at least eight shall be non-ofiicial members.]
