2 01-08-2016The learned counsel, Mr. V.R.P. Singh for the petitioner submitted that the case is at the very initial stage but the learned Court below has rejected the amendment application filed by the petitioner for amendment in the written statement.
Issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 6 only in admission matter for which the petitioner shall file the necessary requisites in ordinary process as well as registered post both within two weeks. Peremptory.
In the meantime, further proceeding in Title Suit No.178 of 2011 pending in the Court of Sub Judge III, Sitamarhi shall remain stayed.
