The official liquidator is directed to publish dissolution notice in the news papers namely "Indian Express", (English) NCRT New Delhi and Haryana Editions, "Amar Ujala" (Hindi) NCRT New Delhi and Haryana Editions as per DAVP rate. If the company has insufficient funds, then the publication expenses shall be incurred out of common pool fund account.
